All our work at Event TV is bespoke.

In order to give you an idea of what's possible we have prepared a few examples below.

TALKS - CONFERENCES - SEMINARS 

CHAT

BASIC EVENT

+ CHAT

This package provides everything in "CHAT" but also includes a single stage shot of your talk or event with a Camera Operator.

An included Vision Mixer/Director then cuts between the stage content and the side stage content as often as is needed creating one complete event. 

 

We can also include any Powerpoint slides and any videos directly into the

broadcast including picture in picture. 

You would arrange the interviews and stage manage the content we broadcast. 

We broadcast to two destination, like YouTube or Facebook.

EXAMPLE

FULL EVENT + CHAT

This package provides everything in "BASIC & CHAT" but also includes two wide locked off shots of your talk or event alongside the operated camera. This gives you a lot more angles and options. 

We supply a Floor Manager to help bring in guests you have planned and also to find attendees who are happy to chat live. 

We broadcast to up to three destinations, like YouTube or Facebook.

A dedicated Camera Operator films additional content for the post event highlights video which brings together all of our event filming. We supply this and also the individual talks as separate films.

EXAMPLE

This basic package is ideal for your first live streamed Event TV as an introduction to what's possible. 

 

We provide one Presenter and one fixed camera with operator.

We include a basic start and end slide for the broadcasts. This would bolt onto your event and any existing streaming you may be already doing with another supplier. This package allows us to interview your speakers and guests. You would arrange the interviews and stage manage the content we broadcast. 

We broadcast to one destination, like YouTube or Facebook.

EXAMPLE

EXHIBITION - TRADE SHOWS

WALKABOUT

This walkabout package is ideal for your first live streamed trade show, an introduction to what's possible. 

 

We provide one Presenter and one camera with Operator. This is a fully portable solution allowing them to visit various trade stands around the event space. 

In-between each stand interview our on-site Vision Mixer/Director cuts to a locked off wide shot of the whole venue or they can play a video you supply or sponsor messages. 

This package allows us to interview your stand holders, sponsors and attendees creating a real buzz about the event.

 

You pre-arrange the interviews and stage manage the content we broadcast. 

We broadcast to one destination, like YouTube or Facebook.

WALKABOUT

+ STUDIO

This package includes everything in "Walkabout" but also includes a fixed studio with an additional Presenter and two cameras with one Operator.  In-between each roving stand interview we cut to the studio area for other interviews and audience interaction like Twitter messages etc. 

 

You pre-arrange some of the interviews but our Floor Manager liaises with the stand holders on the day and also attracts additional people for interview. 

We broadcast to two destinations, like YouTube or Facebook.

WALKABOUT +

STUDIO + SOCIAL

This package includes everything in "Walkabout + Studio" but also includes on the day social media video clips as well as a daily highlights video ready to play out at the end of the day. 

Our on-site Editor works with your social media team to deliver a range of video clips from the live coverage for use within a matter of minutes across your social media platforms. This is ideal for trade show news and product launches 

commonly announced at these events. Be the first to break the news.
